How does the process work?

As soon as you submit your order, we will get to work on assigning it to an industry relevant CV Writer. Your Writer will then make contact with you via email to obtain further details on your skills and experience. Within 3 business days of you providing your writer with any further information required, you will receive your first draft. Your writer will then communicate with you to ensure that it meets your requirements, and will attend to up to 3 change requests to ensure you are fully satisfied with the final product. The entire process may take up to 5-7 days in total.

What is ‘Keyword Optimisation’ and how does it apply to my CV?

Keyword optimisation is the act of researching, analysing and selecting the most appropriate keywords in order to bring about a desired outcome. This is an important factor to consider when creating your CV, as keywords are often highlighted when an ATS system is used to scan your CV to ascertain your suitability for advertised positions.

What are Automated Recruitment / ATS Systems?

An applicant tracking system (ATS) is a software application used by businesses to manage and simplify the recruitment process by electronically processing job applications and CV’s. They are used by approximately 40% of employers to screen candidates for vacancies and to separate the stronger candidates from the weaker ones. These systems are also sometimes referred to as talent management systems or automated recruitment scanning software.
